The pros at Timeless Stone were very responsive to our schedule. They were prompt and very well-organized. They installed our granite as advertised, with precision and care. And left the space as clean, if not cleaner than they found it. Very impressed with their work ethic and accommodating approach to customer satisfaction. Thanks for a great job.
I spent thousands with Timeless for new granite countertops, and my experience was a rollercoaster. The installation took place on 7/7. Within 30 minutes of the crew leaving, I noticed multiple gouges in the stone—two of which were right on my island, the centerpiece and most used part of my kitchen.
I called the company immediately. A repair was completed on 7/17, but it only made things worse—the filler was flaking and the patches were more noticeable than the original damage. I made multiple follow-up calls (7/17, 7/18, and 7/24) and was told each time that a manager would call me back. For weeks, I received no response.
At the same time, I noticed that the counter to the left of my stove was visibly uneven, something I hadn’t even been able to report yet due to the lack of follow-up.

Eventually, I did receive a call back from the owner, and while our initial conversation was heated and disappointing, I’m grateful that he and his team ultimately took the time to come out, re-evaluate, and take responsibility for the situation.
It was confirmed that the piece to the left of the stove had been cut incorrectly and would be replaced. While the repair to the island was passable, I realized I would never feel fully satisfied with it—especially since it’s the focal point of my kitchen. I found myself always pointing it out before others noticed, and I ultimately decided to replace the island completely to remove that lingering frustration.
Both pieces were replaced, and the installers were professional, clean, and kind throughout the process. The new countertops look beautiful, and I can finally enjoy my kitchen the way I had originally hoped.

Had a great experience with Timeless stone Marble and Granite. Our contractor sent us there to pick out our countertops. They were very friendly, and accommodating through the whole process.
Timeless Stone and Granite was recommended to us by our contractor who was remodeling our kitchen. We met with Nathalia (Bloomfield location) and she assisted us in picking out our new countertops and backsplash. The countertops were laser measured, and on the date of installation they fit perfectly. The three gentleman that installed the countertops were extremely professional, and ensured the countertops were installed correctly. They then completed the templates for the backsplash. On the day of installation they fit perfectly. My wife and I are so happy with our new kitchen and the experience we had with everyone at Timeless Stone, from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a new kitchen.

The office staff was courteous, professional & knowledgeable. The 3 men who arrived to complete the order request were on time, very polite, & thoroughly explained the process of my order. They had to enlarge the opening on the granite at the sink area to accommodate a new faucet, plus clean, buff and polish all the granite in the kitchen area, and the master bathroom area.
I am very pleased with the results, and would absolutely highly recommend this company!

Jessica helped me pick the most beautiful granite for my kitchen and bathroom. The team called me in to select the way I wanted the layout exactly on the computer and the installation was seamless. The prices were very competitive too. I couldn’t be happier!!

From start to finish my experience with Timeless Stone was phenomenal. Excellent service from Jennifer helping me select the perfect option for my countertop. On the spot, they cut a small sample from the slab I selected which was something previous stone companies I had visited did not offer. Their price was much better and I would never look elsewhere. Wonderful company all around!
