I am a designer and have been working with Nadine at Timeless Stone for a few years. She is by far the most wonderful and helpful person I have come across in the industry. Whenever I have run into any issues, she always jumps to help me troubleshoot them right away and always ensures that I have happy clients at the end of the day. She is a wealth of knowledge and such a wonderful resource. Could not recommend her more!

We had an amazing experience from start to finish! From the moment we walked into the showroom up until installation, it was seamless and professional. We were walked through every step of the process and welcomed with enthusiasm. The team answered all of our questions, responded to emails and phone calls very quickly, and remained true to their word for all scheduling. We are thrilled with our countertops, and the customer service provided. We would especially like to thank Brenda and Jessica for going above and beyond to assist. We highly recommend the products and services offered by Timeless Stone. We were serviced by the Danbury location.
Response from the owner:Thank you for your sweet reply, Tracy!
Our installation team shared photos of your project with us, I love how the colors of the Brown Fantasy match with your cabinets, but also complement it, making it a statement piece (especially the island, with the Miter Edge)!
I’m very happy to know that Agostinho and you are pleased with our service, and I’m even happier that you took your time to write a nice review for us and quoted me in!
Thank you again for your business!
